Harvey Hershkowitz

Mr. Hershkowitz brings nearly four decades of health care experience to Genefic, including leading top Fortune 10 companies. He has served as the President and a member of the Board of Directors for a number of health care companies and hospitals, boasting a notable track record of spring-boarding start-ups, securing funding for a variety of organizations, raising capital for 501C3 organizations, and positioning corporations for success in the global market.

Harvey Hershkowitz is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genefic. He brings an extensive track record in the medical, technology, and pharmacy industries to help further Genefic’s global vision and business expansion strategy.
Mr. Hershkowitz brings nearly 40 years of health care experience to Genefic, including leading top Fortune 10 companies. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Palomar Health Foundation and Arch Health Medical Group, and boasts a notable track record of spring-boarding start-ups, securing funding for a variety of organizations, raising capital for 501C3 organizations, and positioning corporations in the global market.
Additionally, he has successfully spearheaded efforts to grow companies specializing in bioscience, pharmacy, and health care construction, and has facilitated the expansion of acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and major physician groups.
Harvey’s expertise overseeing nursing schools and medical staffing, presiding over hospitals and medical facilities, and building medical offices and facilities is unrivaled and ideal for fostering industry growth.

Fletcher Robbe

Mr. Robbe is currently the Managing Partner of Fletcher Robbe International Attorneys at Law and has served as the company’s corporate counsel and legal services provider for several years. He offers more than 40 years of legal experience to the team.

The firm has more than 40 years of experience providing expert representation to domestic and multi-national public and private corporations within many industries and sectors including investment banking firms, hedge funds, family offices, and private wealth individuals. Fletcher Robbe International’s practice is global in scope and provides cutting edge and technologically-advanced legal services that are both complex and dynamic, expertise that aligns perfectly with Genefic. The Company looks forward to exponential growth resulting from Mr. Robbe’s valuable insights and extensive experience in the markets they serve.
Vice Chair

Pauline Gourdie

With a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and more than 20 years of experience managing high-performing individuals and work groups, Mrs. Gourdie also brings an extensive knowledge of international supply chain management, customer account and relationship management, and recruitment and development to the Genefic team.

With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and 20 years of experience managing individuals and teams, Gourdie brings to the company an extensive knowledge of international supply chain management, customer account and relationship management, and recruitment and development.

She was instrumental in the implementation of fulfillment and manufacturing centers for IBM and Lenovo in the United States, United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, and China. She oversaw start-up operations for the fulfillment center in China and served as Business Process lead for Europe during the IBM/Lenovo IT segmentation and subsequent separation. Working with Lenovo, Gourdie continued her post as senior lead role in restructuring projects, working closely with WW Real Estate to establish new fulfillment centers in Slovakia, Poland, and Scotland, while also serving as the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) representative in the global steering group.

In 2009, Gourdie took a step away from the corporate world, establishing herself as a business consultant, servicing clients with process development and operational and planning needs in Europe and the U.S. Moving into Human Resource Management, in 2016, Gourdie established CSL Staffing, a boutique general staffing service, providing staffing solutions for businesses in the San Diego and greater Southern California areas. The company realized profit and growth from its inception. Her aim has always been to provide flexible and adaptable solutions for organizations to drive growth in dynamic environments.

Treasurer

Kyle McCollum

Mr. McCollum holds nearly two decades of experience in domestic and international business with a focus on accounting, finance, and management. His background also includes investment strategy, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, fund structuring, fundraising, investor relations, and securities.

Holding nearly two decades of experience in domestic and international business with a focus on accounting, finance, and management, Mr. McCollum’s background also includes investment strategy, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, fund structuring, fundraising, investor relations, and securities. He holds a Certified Public Accounting license.
Mr. McCollum has overseen financial operations for publicly traded and privately held companies in industries including pet health and wellness, real estate investment & development, mining, and nutraceuticals.

Mr. McCollum earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Montana.

Daniel Riley

Mr. Riley previously spent nearly two years as Vice President of Dalrada Health before the transition to Genefic, where he brings nearly 20 years of dedicated health care experience to the team. He is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, owned, and operated multiple health care businesses throughout the United States.

Dr. Robert E. Hertzka

Dr. Hertzka has been both a full-time clinician and a health policy instructor for more than 30 years. At the federal level, Dr. Hertzka has had extensive involvement with the American Medical Association (AMA), including eight years (2008-2016) on their Council on Health Policy, as well as serving as chair in 2015 and 2016. Dr. Hertzka also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the California Chamber of Commerce, a position he has held since 2003.
